In Shop

We offer in shop and on site repair. All of our work is guaranteed. If we can't fix it, it won't cost you a dime! In an effort to keep costs down, we are open by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule a time to drop off your computer. Our in shop rate is $30 per hour with a half hour minimum.

On Site

Would you prefer that we come to you? We service the greater Syracuse and Oswego areas for on site PC repair. Some jobs can be completed on site. Others will require us to return to our shop with your PC. Our on site rate is $40 per hour with a one hour minimum.

Laptops

Have a laptop that needs repair? We fix laptops too. Usually laptop repair will need to be performed in our shop. Laptop repair can be a large project. Sometimes replacing parts in a laptop is cost prohibitive. For that reason, laptop hardware repair jobs that require the laptop to be taken apart have a two hour minimum charge that is not covered by our money back guarantee.

Parts

We do not stock parts at this time. We can order most common PC parts. If you prefer to order them yourself, we recommend Newegg.com.

Data Recovery

Just because your computer is damaged or broken doesn't necessarily mean your data is gone. We can attempt to recover your hard drive and copy it to disks or another hard drive. Our rates for data recovery are $20 per hour in shop and $40 per hour on site. Please keep in mind that data recovery can take several hours.
